Our garden plan calls for a boulder so we drove out to Gertens, Inc. and bought this 1.3 ton rock. It’s called Mesaba Red and it’s from the Iron Range area of northern Minnesota, where pfhyper grew up (along with other luminaries like Robert Zimmerman).
