Posterous looks like one helluva service. You control posts via email.
I can set up Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, my blog, and Tumblr and post
to them all at once or just post to Posterous or just post to one of
the other services or combine a couple of the services to an email
address.

 I’ve been looking for something very easy to post to to both save and
share stuff and write some commentary if I want. Hmm. Noting that
delicious.com doesn’t seem to be in their stream yet although they
have a special method that allows posting anywhere.
